Academic Integrity - what is it?
According to University College Dublin's Student Plagiarism Policy (2020, p. 1), "Academic Integrity is one of the core values of the UCD Education Strategy and includes adherence to the highest ethical and academic standards. Students, researchers and staff achieve academic integrity through sound academic writing, avoiding plagiarism, and use of appropriate referencing and citation".
This guide will help you develop the practical skills needed in order to maintain your own academic integrity in your writing and research while at UCD.
