Brightspace - UCD Library guide: Databases and eJournals

This useful guide will demonstrate the different options available for integrating UCD Library resources into Brightspace.

Databases and eJournals

From the UCD Library homepage

Step 1 Click on the Databases link located under the OneSearch search box

Step 2 Search for the database by name

Step 3 Click on the Permanent link at the bottom of the page and copy the new database URL from the address bar

Step 4 In Brightspace select "My Learning" from the top menu

Step 5 Click "Upload/Create" and then "Create a Link"

Step 6 Add a title, then paste the URL and select "Open as External Resource" and click "Create"

Step 3 Right click on the URL and select copy
