That would be Cedric Gibbons (1893-1960) with a total of 11 Oscars won - he was nominated 39 times!
He worked on films from the 1930s to the 1950s including the Wizard of Oz.
He was an Art/Set Director and was married to Hollywood star Dolores del Rio.
