UCD Library Collection Spotlight: Dublin Literary Award 2024
About
The annual Dublin Literary Award, brought to you by Dublin City Council (and administered by Dublin City Libraries), showcases some of the world's best fiction, with novels nominated for this prestigious prize by public libraries all over the globe. This year's Longlist consisted of 70 novels from a diverse range of authors, and recently the Shortlist was announced, with the 70 books becoming six!
We are excited to present this Spotlight, which features the Shortlisted six novels, as well as fiction from longlists past and present. Browse and borrow from our Spotlight shelves in the James Joyce Library.
The winner will be announced by the Dublin Lord Mayor, Daithí de Róiste, at a ceremony on Thursday, 23rd May!
