A person's digital identity has an important impact on how they are perceived by their family, peers, academic mentors, future employers and many others. The phrase 'Digital Identities and Practices' covers a variety of skills related to understanding one's digital footprint, being aware of how online platforms use the data provided by their users, and interacting online in a safe and ethical manner. In this capability we are focusing on two skills:
- Understand the benefits and risks of the current digital environment.
- Participate ethically and safely in online spaces
