Official Publications


In-Text-Citation:
  • Name of agency (year)
  • (Name of agency, year)
Example:
  • According to the Health Services Executive (2020)...
  • Official figures released (Health Services Executive, 2020) show that…

Reference:

Name of agency. (Year). Title. (Series information). Publisher or Parent agency (if different from author). URL.

Example:

Health Services Executive. (2020). HSE Mental health services: Delivering specialist mental health services 2019. https://www.hse.ie/eng/services/publications/mentalhealth/delivering-specialist-mental-health-report.pdf


In-Text-Citation:
  • Name of the act (year)
  • (Name of the act, year)
Example:
  • The Human Rights Commission Act (2000)
  • Legislation (Human Rights Commission Act, 2000) covering the area….
     

Note: If a law has been revised or updated, include this date, along with the original date in both the in-text citation (2000/2019) and in the reference entry, for example .....(2000, rev. 2019)...
